I often go to PINTEREST to save the day! A few months ago while looking for side dish ideas, I came across this beauty with only 5 ingredients and using things that most of us have around the house.
1. 4 to 5 Large White Potatoes
2. Chicken or Veggie Broth (To Cover)
3. ¼ Cup Butter
4. Salt (To Taste)
5. Pepper (To Taste)
First, peel, wash, and chop potatoes. (You choose the size!)
