  4. Get an accountability partner. Remember that iron sharpens iron. Prayerfully connect with a friend, co-worker, or family member who is willing to take the journey with you and be held accountable as well.
  5. Seek God. Don’t just pray one time and never go back in for a check-up. Acknowledge God in your quest to spiritual health so that He can guide you through His Spirit.
